My daughter and I went downtown Edenton for Small Business Saturday after lunch. It was a cloudy overcast day but we enjoyed our time checking out a few of the stores and did a little Christmas shopping too! There were lots and lots of people in town walking about and shopping in the stores which is very good to see. It's starting to look so festive around town as more and more decorations appear. In the next few dayss there will be a lot happening for folks of all ages!

We made our way all the way to the end of S. Broad Street to check out the Barker House gift shop but our visit was cut short due to it was starting to drizzle and we had no umbrella to make our way back to our vehicle parked two blocks away.
